When feeding water, check whether there is water leakage in the manhole cover, flange joint surface and drain valve of the boiler and economizer, and tighten the bolts if there is water leakage;

4. Open the ignition door to ignite the ignitor, and the fire should be gradually strengthened to avoid sudden heating, and the pressure in the pot should be slowly increased. If the pressure rises above 0.1MPa, the exhaust valve should be opened to release steam;

5. The boiler pressure shall be maintained for 24 hours when it rises to 0.4MPa, and then the combustion shall be stopped to gradually reduce the pressure to zero. When the water temperature is below 60℃, open the drain valve and discharge all the boiler water. After the boiler is cooled, open manholes and handholes, and rinse the inside of the drum with clean water until there is no oil stain in the drum.
