What are the disadvantages of the coking of the coal-fired boiler?

1) Water pipe blasting caused by the rise of the superheated steam temperature.

2) Reduction of the boiler output or even boiler shutdown.

3) Reduction of the boiler service life.

4) Increase of the heat loss of exhaust gas and reduction of the boiler efficiency.

5) Bad effects on the water circulation safety of the natural circulation boiler and the water-cooled wall thermal deviation of the forced circulation boiler.

6) Difficult slag discharge. Coking can cause large slag, which results in the difficult operation of slag conveyor and slag crusher or even overload tripping operation and blocked slag ditch.

7) Unstable combustion or even flame out caused by the boiler operation under the low load condition and the falling of large coking materials.

8) Boiler flame out caused by the falling of large coking materials on the slag conveyor.
