What is the deadweight of a 10 tph boiler?

A 10 tph boiler does not mean that the dead weight of the boiler is 10 tons. The ton of the 10 tph boiler is the heat load unit of the boiler, which is used in engineering, indicating that the rated evaporation capacity of the boiler is 10 t/h.
The overall structure of the 10 tph boiler consists of two parts: boiler body and auxiliary equipment.
The weight of steel in a 10 tph oil-fired boiler is uneven, and the weight of a 10 tph boiler varies with the type of boiler and manufacturers. It is generally about 90-120 tons. There are about 150 tons of light furnace walls, over 200 tons of heavy furnace wall and about 30 tons of gas-fired boilers.
