What are the components of oil-fired boiler?

Different types of oil-fired boilers have different equipment composition. ZOZEN Boiler describes the composition of oil-fired boiler equipment aiming at WNS series and SZS series.
Firstly, the boiler consists of two components: burner and boiler body.
Energy-saving equipment, such as economizer, condenser, air preheater, etc., will be equipped at the end of boiler according to different requirements. This is an extra item of oil-fired boiler equipment, which is beneficial to reduce exhaust gas temperature.
The boiler combustion system is equipped with corresponding burners and fuel supply system according to the fuel used. Under normal circumstances, the boiler adopts blower for micro-positive pressure combustion, and under special circumstances, it is necessary to increase induced draft fan for balanced ventilation.
Boiler steam-water system should be equipped with boiler body, energy-saving equipment, water treatment device, feed water pump and sub-cylinder.
Boiler control system is also the most important component of oil-fired boiler.
