When should the gas-fired boiler parts be replaced?

The gas-fired boiler is a kind of common intelligent industrial heating equipment with many boiler parts. The correct and timely replacement of broken parts is very helpful for the efficient and safe operation of the boiler.

The replacement of gas-fired boiler parts

Taking the replacement of gas-fired boiler heating surface as an example,

1) Tube replacement. If the gas-fired boiler adopts the carbon steel tube, it should be replaced when the expansion exceeds 3.5%; and if the gas-fired boiler adopts the alloy-steel tube, it should be replaced when the expansion exceeds 2.5%.

2) Superheater replacement. If the oxide skin on the surface of superheater exceeds 0.6-0.7 mm and begins to crack, it should be replaced in time.

3) Economizer tube replacement. If the abrasion loss of the tube wall reaches 30%, it should be replaced.
