What are the energy-saving parts of the gas-fired boiler?
The gas-fired boiler has the wonderful energy-saving effect and environmental protection performance. The energy-saving effect of the gas-fired boiler is realized by many boiler parts.
1) Combustor. The gas-fired boiler adopts the special combustion equipment to realize the automatic regulation according to boiler setting requirements and operating conditions. It is more convenient than traditional manual or solid fuel boiler and realizes the sufficient and efficient fuel utilization.
2) Furnace. The gas-fired boiler adopts the large corrugated furnace with large furnace space to ensure the sufficient fuel combustion and avoid more pollutant emission caused by small combustion space and low combustion efficiency.
3) Threaded smoke tube. The gas-fired boiler is equipped with threaded smoke tubes to increase the heating surface and improve the heat transfer efficiency.
4) Three-pass structure. The gas-fired boiler adopts the three-pass structure to make high-temperature flue gas stay longer inside the boiler.
5) Energy-saving device. There are efficient energy-saving devices such as economizer to absorb the waste heat of flue gas to heat the boiler water, so as to improve the feed water temperature and reduce the fuel consumption.
6) Heat-preservation water tank. The gas-fired boiler is equipped with the special stainless steel heat-preservation water tank, so the boiler ignition is of quick temperature rise and high efficiency.
7) Softened water equipment. The gas-fired boiler has softened water treatment equipment to reduce the boiler scaling risks, improve the heat transfer efficiency and save energy.
