What is the principle of boiler water film dust remover?
The boiler water film dust remover uses dust-containing gas to impact the inner wall of the dust remover or other special components, and forms a water film in some way, so that the dust in the flue gas is captured by the water film, thus purifying the gas.
The working principle of boiler water film dust remover is: dust-containing gas is introduced from the lower part of the cylinder in a tangential direction, rotates and rises, dust particles are separated by centrifugal force, thrown to the inner wall of the cylinder, absorbed by the moving water film layer on the inner wall of the cylinder, and then flows to the bottom cone along with the water and discharged through the dust discharge port. The water film layer is formed by spraying water to the wall surface along the tangential direction by several nozzles arranged at the upper part of the cylinder. The inner wall of the cylinder body is always covered with a thin water film which rotates downward, so that the dust removal effect can be improved.
