What is the inspection process before coking and boiling?

Before coking and boiling, check boiler parts detailedly. Inspection items are as follows:

1. Before coking and boiling, chain grate should be cold test run again and continuous running time shall not be less than 24 hours.

2. Ignition door can be opened flexibly, coal gate can be lift and dropped conveniently, coal gate left and right side is of the same distance to grate, and ensure the material layer thickness on both sides of the furnace is equal. If distance is not equal, it can be adjusted by the adjusting bolt. Cover plate on coal gate should be covered tightly to avoid coal gate stuck
caused by sundries leaked in.

3. Control damper of each air chamber in grate and flue gas damper switch in gas flue duct shall be flexible.

4. Auxiliaries such as FD fan, ID fan, slag extractor, feedwater equipment and so on shall cold test run normally.

5. Check if manholes, handholes are tight and if the accessory parts are complete.

6. Check if furnace wall is normal and if smoke chamber is sealed tightly.

7. Check if steam piping, feedwater piping and blowdown piping are complete and unblocked.

8. Check if economizer and air pre-heater are tight and if flue gas duct is unblocked.

9. Lubricating oil shall be full filled in all bearing boxes and oil cups.

10. Check if duct collector interface is tight and if there's air leakage of ash discharge valve.
