What is the installation process of burner of ZOZEN's gas-fired boiler?

1. Burner should be installed in accordance with requirements of burner installation and operation manual.
2. Burner should be installed in the center of the reserved front wall hole, the embeded length should comply with the design requirements and the fixation should be reliable.
3. Burner center deviation shall not be more than +2mm and air adjustment actuator should be flexible.
4. Burner and boiler body junction surface should be sealed reliably, the position that needed to be sealed between burner and burner installation cylinder should be installed and sealed according to drawings strictly so as to prevent damage to burner caused by flue gas flowing back.
