What is the treatment method of boiler water leakage?

1. Water leakage on the inner wall: Water leakage on the inner wall can be divided into three types: boiler leakage, water wall leakage and downcomer leakage. If the leakage holes of boiler barrel and water wall are relatively small, it is ok to use steel with the same steel grade for patching and flaw detection. If the downcomer is leaking, it needs to be replaced.

2. The hand hole leaks: you can re-install it from another angle to see if the hand hole cover is deformed. If it is deformed, you can correct it first, then wrap the mat with raw tape, and try to keep the same position as before repair.

3. Water leakage in the boiler barrel: The location and size of the leakage point are related to the repair cost. When the boiler oozes red boiler water, there is a problem with the water quality. Corrosion of metals may be caused by low alkalinity or high dissolved oxygen in water.

4. Water leakage in water treatment system: If the gas-fired steam boiler is corroded, scale should be removed, and then the water leakage should be repaired before circulating water treatment. After adding chemicals, corrosion inhibition, descaling and protection should be carried out on the equipment and materials of the boiler.
