What are the precautions in the operation of hot water boiler?
What is a hot water boiler? Hot water boiler is a boiler that produces hot water. It refers to a kind of thermal equipment that uses the thermal energy released by fuel combustion or other thermal energy (such as electric energy, solar energy, etc.) to heat water to the rated temperature. Hot water boiler is widely used in all aspects of heating.
In the process of hot water boiler boosting, the essence of controlling the boosting speed is to control the heating speed, which requires that the temperature of each part of the hot water boiler can rise evenly and slowly during the whole starting process. Different pressures correspond to different saturation temperatures of working fluids. At different pressure stages, the rising rate of the corresponding saturation temperature of the working medium is different for each increase in unit pressure. The lower the pressure, the higher the corresponding saturation temperature rising rate of unit pressure. With the increase of pressure, the saturation temperature rising rate of water becomes smaller. Therefore, in order to make the temperature rise evenly, in the initial stage of boosting, the boosting speed should be particularly slow, and after the pressure is higher, the boosting speed can be appropriately accelerated. As the speed of boosting is basically determined according to the principle of uniform temperature rise, the boosting time required in each stage cannot be adjusted with each other.
During the boosting process, the temperature of each part of the hot water boiler also rises correspondingly, and the heating surface tubes, headers and steam drums all need to expand and stretch. In the process of rising, by monitoring the indication of expansion indicators everywhere, according to the corresponding wall temperature under different pressures, we can judge whether the expansion value is normal and the expansion direction is correct. In the process of boosting pressure, if there is uneven expansion, certain thermal stress will be generated, and in severe cases, the header will be deformed or the pipes will be damaged, which should be paid more attention to for membrane wall.
