What are the key contents of periodic inspection of boiler shutdown?

1. The defective parts in the last inspection.

2. Whether there are cracks and corrosion on the inner and outer surfaces of boiler pressure components, especially on openings, welds, edges and so on.

3. Whether the pipe wall is worn or corroded.

4. Whether there is any crack, fracture or corrosion at the brace of the boiler and the joint with the pulled element.

5. Whether the expansion port is tight, and whether there is annular crack in the expanded part of the pipe end.

6. Whether the riveting seam is tight, with or without caustic embrittlement.

7. Whether the pressure components is dented, bending, bulging and overheating.

8. Whether there is corrosion at the contact between the pot and brick lining.

9. Whether the pressure components or boiler frame are overheated due to the damage of brick walls or fire walls.

10. Whether there is scale and slag on the water side of the pressure element, whether there is corrosion and crack at the interface between the water inlet pipe and the drain pipe and the drum, and whether the connection part between the drain valve and the drain pipe is firm.

11. Whether the safety accessories are sensitive and reliable, and whether the channels connected with the boiler body such as water meter, water meter column, safety valve and pressure gauge are blocked.

12. Whether the automatic control, signal system and instruments are sensitive and reliable.
