What are the contents of boiler internal inspection?

1. Prepare relevant technical data, including technical data of boiler manufacture and installation, boiler use registration data, boiler operation records, water quality test records, repair and modification records, accident records and previous inspection reports;

2. Stop the boiler in advance, drain the water in the boiler, and open all the door devices such as manhole, NDT hole, inspection hole and ash door on the boiler, so that the inside of the boiler can be fully cooled and ventilated;

3. Take reliable measures to cut off the steam, water supply and sewage pipes connected to the thermal system of the boiler under inspection and cut off the power supply. For oil-fired and gas-fired boilers, the oil and gas sources must be reliably cut off and ventilated;

4. Clean up dirt such as scale slag, slag and soot in the boiler;

5. Dismantle steam-water baffle, separating device, water supply device, sewage device and other drum internals that hinder inspection, and prepare safe power supply for lighting;

6. For the part that needs to be inspected at a high altitude (more than 3m above the ground), a foot stand shall be erected.
