What is controlled circulation boiler?

Controlled circulation boiler, also known as multiple forced circulation boiler, is developed on the basis of natural circulation boiler.
With the increase of boiler capacity and steam parameters, the difference between steam and water density decreases, which reduces the reliability of natural water circulation. In order to improve the power of the circulating loop and increase the safety of water circulation, a circulating pump is installed on the downcomer of the circulating loop. The circulation of the working medium in the loop is driven by the pressure head of the circulating pump and the static head of natural circulation. The circulation driving force of forced circulation boiler is about 5 times that of natural circulation. Therefore, the circulation circuit can overcome the larger flow resistance.
