What kind of boiler is WNS series boiler?

In recent years, the traditional small-sized coal-fired boilers are not suitable for the development of the environmental protection era because of their large energy waste, high dust concentration and serious air pollution. WNS series has been a new choice for the users to replace the traditional small-sized coal fired boilers. But do you know what ‘WNS’ stand for?

 

Structural principle of WNS series boiler

The capital letter WN of WNS series boiler refers to the boiler body type, which is horizontal internal combustion, while the capital letter S refers to combustion equipment, which refers to chamber combustion furnace.

ZOZEN WNS series boilers are shell-type two/three passes wet back oil (gas) boilers. After the fuel is atomized by the burner, the formed torch is filled in the full-waveform furnace and transmits radiant heat through the wall of the furnace, which is the first pass.

The high-temperature flue gas generated by combustion converges in the combustion chamber, and turns into the second pass, that is, the threaded smoke tube bundle area.

After convective heat exchange, the flue gas temperature gradually decreases and then reaches the front flue box, where it turns into the third return, that is, the smooth tube bundle area, and then flows into the chimney through the rear flue box, finally being discharged into the atmosphere.

This series of products has the characteristics of safety, reliability, high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection, convenient maintenance, durability, automatic intelligent control, etc.

 

Characteristics of WNS series boilers

  1. Corrugated furnace enhances flue gas disturbance, improves heat transfer effect of boiler, increases the strength and elasticity of furnace, and reduces thermal expansion stress of boiler.
  2. The threaded flue pipe can prolong the residence time of high-temperature flue gas, strengthen heat transfer and improve thermal efficiency.
  3. The boiler is equipped with an energy-saving condenser, which uses the waste heat of flue gas to increase the inlet water temperature, reduce the exhaust temperature and improve the thermal efficiency.
  4. The thermal efficiency of boiler system is over 98%.
  5. Choose a low-nitrogen burner, and the emission of nitrogen oxides is less than 30mg/Nm³.
  6. Packaged delivery, convenient installation, short cycle.
  7. Intelligent control system with various interlocking protection functions, simple operation and low maintenance rate.
