So far, Mengniu Dairy has purchased more than ten sets of WNS series gas-fired steam boilers from ZOZEN, boiler blowdown valves types.

All equipment (includes boiler proper, economizer, burner, valves, instrument, electric control cabinet, chimney, water treatment, softened water tank, energy-saving circulating pump, raw water pump, deaerator, etc.) is designed to be installed on one or two prepared concrete bases. ZOZEN skid mounted boiler has all interconnecting piping completed and has passed the cold state test at the factory before delivery. After the boiler arrives at the site, it only needs to be connected to water, electricity and gas to operate.

Steam boilers provide heat energy for chemical production processes such as polymerization, drying and dehydration. ZOZEN reached a cooperation agreement with Navoiyazot based on its good market reputation and high professionalism in Russian-speaking region. ZOZEN customized the SZS series gas-fired boiler system solution for Navoiyazot. 

The grate bracket adopts double brackets, the lower channel steel, the upper light rail, the upper heat, the lower force, which has changed the structure of the traditional grate bracket angle steel plus friction bar, the grate bracket is not deformed. The active stoker is operated on the light rail and it is tested in the cold state for 48 hours before leaving the factory. Never run sideways, stuck, which ensure the smooth operation of the stoker.
