It uses a piping system as the frame of the entire boiler, and it bears the full load of the boiler, which makes a non-framework boiler. At the same time, this frame also serves as the down comer of the boiler and upper and lower headers. The boiler drum is an external type drum, the furnace is a fully enclosed membrane wall structure, the convective heating surface adopts the flag tube structure. The corner tube boiler has the advantages of compact structure, low steel consumption and rapid temperature increasing.
ZOZEN’s YLW series thermal oil heater is developed based on chain grate. It can provide high-temperature heat source at various temperatures below 350℃, suitable for various production processes such as dyeing, drying, slashing and printing which require high-temperature and low-pressure heating supply. The YLW series boiler also can realize the precise temperature control via advanced oil temperature and pressure control system to greatly improve the heat energy utilization rate. Recently, Kay & Emms has decided to upgrade the production equipment and signed a cooperative agreement with ZOZEN on the YLW series coal-fired thermal oil heater project, 12ton h coal boilers.
ZOZEN Boiler has invested a lot of technical force in improving boiler’s energy-saving performance. The structure and operating principle of organic heat carrier boiler cause that the exhaust gas temperature at its end is around 300°C and result in a huge waste of heat energy. In order to reduce heat loss, ZOZEN technicians add a variety of energy-saving devices at the end of boiler’s flue gas duct to improve the overall thermal efficiency of organic heat carrier boiler through the recovery and utilization of high-temperature flue gas, which helps many companies to achieve the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction.
The digital management of ZOZEN runs through the entire process. In the drum production workshop, the high-speed CNC drilling machine is operating efficiently according to the instructions of the control system. Thousands of holes can be accurately completed in less than twenty hours. Such a workload requires at least one week of labor.
