During the processing of broilers, whether it is retort sterilization, baking and cooking, or heating and drying, the heat source provided by the steam boiler is required. ZOZEN successfully won the full recognition of the Chia Tai Group with its systematic solutions, and became the  General Contractor of Jilin Zhengda Boiler, providing it with three 1.2 million kcal gas-fired thermal oil heaters, including pipe laying from the boiler room to the production floor.

ZOZEN SZS series boiler is "D" type chamber structure. Furnace is on the right side and convection tube bundle is on the left. The boiler body is fixed on the basement by middle and both end flexible supports and make the boiler to expand horizontally to sideways. The water-cooled membrane wall on the left side of the furnace completely seals the furnace from the convection tube bundle.

Designed to wrap the whole furnace body for heat preservation. There are no heat transfer supports between the furnace body and the outside surface. The appearance is mirror polished stainless steel with a protective coating. After the boiler is installed, remove the coating and show the mirror polished stainless steel appearance. Advantages: a good-looking appearance, low temperature of surface, low heat dissipation, mashincemaintence of boiler.

Starting from the steel sheet blanking, every key process of ZOZEN adopts advanced CNC processing technology, which ensures the quality of the boiler and shortens the delivery time.
