Recently, three sets of customized ZOZEN gas-fired boilers have been delivered after passing the quality tests. The boilers will enter the installation phase in late March when arriving at the UYUNI port.This project is located at the Uyuni Salt Flat, the largest salt flat in the world with the largest lithium reserves. Once the installation is completed, the boiler project will provide a reliable heat source for the new plant of YLB and assist the development and commercialization of salt-flat resources.

The IoT solution of ZOZEN Boiler has multiple subsystems such as equipment monitoring, expert management and so on. The boiler operator can monitor the overall operating status of boiler in real time through PC, APP and large screen, which realizes the real-time upload of fault alarms and video monitoring. At the same time, a boiler expert management knowledge base is established for common problems and treatment measures during boiler’s operation, which makes it possible for plan checking and expert online diagnosis, realizes the intelligent and precise management of each production base and further reduces the operating cost and improve the economic efficiency of the enterprise, 20 ton h oil steam boiler.

Threaded smoke pipe is a high-efficiency heat transfer element researched by ZOZEN for many years.
