ZOZEN’s YLW series solid fuel fired boiler is a kind of square coil horizontal chain grate assembled boiler. The chain grate realizes mechanical coal feeding, forced and induced draft fans provide mechanical ventilation, and slag discharger realizes mechanical slagging. This kind of boiler has the characteristics of wide fuel adaptability, low pressure and high temperature, safety and high efficiency of over 85%.

3 ton wood boiler, Rashid Paper Mills Ltd., established in September of 2016, is a paper manufacturer of the well-known Rashid Group in Bangladesh. It mainly produces various types of paper used for writing, printing and offset printing. It currently has two independent production lines with a daily production capacity of 200 tons of paper. It also exports high-quality paper to overseas market. In order to ensure the heat source supply of paper production lines, Rashid Paper Mills Ltd. chose to introduce the advanced ZZ series medium-temperature and medium-pressure boiler from China with a rated pressure as high as 3.82 Mpa and sufficient high-temperature steam supply.

The grate bracket of ZOZEN’s chain grate boilers adopts double-layer structure. The lower layer uses channel steel and the upper layer uses light rail. The upper layer is heated and the lower layer is stressed. It changes the traditional grate bracket using angle steel and friction strips without  deformation. The active grate runs on the light rail with a 72-hour cold test run carried out before leaving the factory to ensure the smooth operation of grate without deviation or jamming.

The automated numerical control coil production line of ZOZEN ensures that the coil is one-time formation. ZOZEN also has national patented hydraulic shaping equipment, a 90-degree flip hydraulic test platform, hydraulic lift, 360-degree rotating ultra-high-precision assembly production lines, and a large number of highly qualified technical workers, which ensure the manufacturing quality and prolong the service life of boilers.
