oil heater induction magnetic industrial machinery, ZOZEN Boiler Lean Factory Standardization Project officially started orderly. To carry out the standardization work, ZOZEN Boiler with experts from the consulting project team organized a series of internal training courses for the administrative staff and relevant personnel to learn theoretical knowledge, deepen their concepts and master the methods about procedure and specification.

In Bangladesh, SZL series coal-fired boiler with excellent operation performance produced by ZOZEN Boiler, a professional boiler manufacturer in China, gained the popularity among local enterprises. Meanwhile, ZOZEN Boiler reached a mutual trust cooperation with Machine Communication Co., Ltd as ZOZEN's Bangladeshi distributor to introduce high-quality industrial boilers into more Bangladeshi enterprises.

ZOZEN molten salt heaters use molten potassium nitrate and sodium nitrite as heating media. Molten salt heater will heat the powder salt over the melting point until the viscosity of the molten salt allows circulating pump works, after the whole system is under circulating condition, then feed then into the thermal fluid heater for further circulating rising temperature to make it to be recycling used. Normal media working temperature is 400-550℃, top working temperature could reach 600℃.

ZOZEN’s YLW series thermal oil heater is developed based on chain grate. It can provide high-temperature heat source at various temperatures below 350℃, suitable for various production processes such as dyeing, drying, slashing and printing which require high-temperature and low-pressure heating supply. The YLW series boiler also can realize the precise temperature control via advanced oil temperature and pressure control system to greatly improve the heat energy utilization rate. Recently, Kay & Emms has decided to upgrade the production equipment and signed a cooperative agreement with ZOZEN on the YLW series coal-fired thermal oil heater project.

ZOZEN’s coal-fired boilers have the technical advantages of sufficient output, low emission and energy saving with a high degree of automation to realize the mechanization of fuel supply, ash and slag discharges. More importantly, the thermal efficiency of coal-fired boiler system designed by ZOZEN is 5% higher than that of other normal boiler system. ZOZEN’s coal-fired boilers also have wide fuel adaptability: cfb boilers can use coal, gangue, garbage, sludge and so on while chain grate boilers can use bitumite, meagre coal, anthracite and so on, oil heater induction magnetic industrial machinery.

ZOZEN has set up a total of seven process stopping points throughout the production process, which are strictly controlled by different engineers, independent of each other and supervised each other, so that problems can be found and solved in time. If any workpiece is unqualified, it cannot enter the next process, which is the quality control of the entire production process of ZOZEN, oil heater induction magnetic industrial machinery.
