Aiming at the characteristics of load changes in the actual production process of the Mexican plant, ZOZEN equipped the easy-to-operate PLC automatic control system for the boilers. The PLC automatic control system adopts advanced frequency conversion technology and fuzzy control technology to achieve high-efficiency and energy-saving operation by changing the gas volume of the boiler. After the automatic function is turned on, the controller can also automatically control the system according to the mode set by the user to ensure the safe and stable operation of the boiler.

ZOZEN boilers adopt the ultra-low nitrogen burner with flue gas recirculation method to realize low NOx emission. Adding flue gas to the combustion air to reduce the oxygen content in the combustion air and lower the flame temperature at the combustion center, so as to greatly reduce the generation of NOx. At the same time, superimposed use of world advanced technologies such as staged combustion of ultra-low nitrogen burner and internal flue gas circulation realizes the stable and low emission of NOx, alarko boilers.

The digital management of ZOZEN runs through the entire process. In the drum production workshop, the high-speed CNC drilling machine is operating efficiently according to the instructions of the control system. Thousands of holes can be accurately completed in less than twenty hours. Such a workload requires at least one week of labor.
