The upper layer is heated and the lower layer is stressed. It changes the traditional grate bracket using angle steel and friction strips without  deformation. The active grate runs on the light rail with a 72-hour cold test run carried out before leaving the factory to ensure the smooth operation of grate without deviation or jamming.

At present, the blanking rate of ZOZEN's sheet metal has reached more than 80%, and a large-scale welding and assembly process revolution has been performed.
