By extending the furnace arch, increasing the furnace height and adjusting the width and length of grate, ZOZEN takes the lead in solving the problems that easily occur in biomass-fired boilers such as furnace arch collapse, furnace door burnout, hopper tempering and tube wall coking. It has the characteristics of wide fuel adaptability, small covering area, convenient installation and high thermal efficiency.

It can provide high-temperature heat source at various temperatures below 350℃, suitable for various production processes such as dyeing, drying, slashing and printing which require high-temperature and low-pressure heating supply. The YLW series boiler also can realize the precise temperature control via advanced oil temperature and pressure control system to greatly improve the heat energy utilization rate. Recently, Kay & Emms has decided to upgrade the production equipment and signed a cooperative agreement with ZOZEN on the YLW series coal-fired thermal oil heater project.

The grate bracket adopts double brackets, the lower channel steel, the upper light rail, the upper heat, the lower force, which has changed the structure of the traditional grate bracket angle steel plus friction bar, the grate bracket is not deformed. The active stoker is operated on the light rail and it is tested in the cold state for 48 hours before leaving the factory. Never run sideways, stuck, which ensure the smooth operation of the stoker.

ZOZEN has set up a total of seven process stopping points throughout the production process, which are strictly controlled by different engineers, independent of each other and supervised each other, so that problems can be found and solved in time. If any workpiece is unqualified, it cannot enter the next process, which is the quality control of the entire production process of ZOZEN.
