pollution caused by burning coal in boiler, ZOZEN YLW series thermal oil heater is of square coil tube vertical type chain grate, it consists of two separate parts - chain grate stoker and heater body. After erection on site, it only needs to connect to thermal oil piping and electricity to start operation. The heater adopts chain grate to perform mechanical fuel feeding, equipped with FD fan and ID fan for air ventilation, and also equipped with slay discharger to remove the bottom slag.

Generally, the consumption of the steam boiler fuel in the textile industry is relatively large. Therefore, the steam boiler that provides thermal source is very important. ZOZEN customized the SZL series coal-fired chain grate steam boiler system for Xindadong Textiles (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. on the basis of the local conditions of Vietnam and the actual needs of users. This series of boiler has the advantages of high efficiency, strong overload capacity and wide adaptability of fuel types.

The main advantage of ZOZEN’s circulating fluidized bed boiler lies in the direct control of pollutant emission during the combustion process. This type of boiler adopts low-temperature combustion technology. The temperature of normal boiler furnace is as high as 1400-1500°C during combustion, while that of circulating fluidized bed boiler furnace is within a lower temperature range of 800-900°C, which reduces the production of nitrogen oxides (NOx); meanwhile, by adding low-cost limestone to circulating fluidized bed boiler, sulfide (SOx) can be removed during fuel’s combustion, pollution caused by burning coal in boiler.
