The base of ZOZEN DZL series coal-fired steam boiler adopts the separate air chambers to make the fuel on the grate is in a good combustion state. The air dampers design further ensures the sufficient fuel combustion and improves fuel utilization. In addition, DZL series coal-fired boiler realizes the stepless speed regulation of the grate via the advanced electrical control. It also has the functions such as absolute rating alarm and interlock protection to ensure the safe operation of the whole boiler system.

ZOZEN customized the SZS series gas-fired boiler system solution for Navoiyazot. 

Scaling, abrasion, burning front arch and feeding hopper are common problems of biomass-fired boilers, ZOZEN increased height of furnace, fastening the speed of stoker, input ash blowing unit at convection area, and automatic ash cleaning system at the bottom of stoker, so the above problems are all solved, it reduced much maintaining personnel’s work.
