2019 new products biomass steam boilers, On October 15, the SZL series steam boiler project which was the first cooperation between ZOZEN Boiler and Afghanistan Baheer Group officially started to supply steam. After 24 hours of test run of the boiler, ZOZEN steam boiler burned normally, the grate ran smoothly, and the alarm devices, pressure valves and other components were also working normally. From then on, ZOZEN steam boiler would become an important member of the company’s paper production line to provide the stable and efficient steam support.

ZOZEN DZL series coal-fired steam boilers are horizontal three-pass water-fire-tube chain grate boilers. Threaded smoke tubes are arranged in the drum to form a convection heating surface. The drum and the water-cooled walls on both sides form a furnace radiation heating surface.

ZOZEN thermal oil heaters adopt the special technology to greatly reduce the on-site dewatering time to realize the high-efficiency heat transfer and stable output; it also adopts the advanced oil temperature and pressure control system to ensure the long-term and safe boiler operation, 2019 new products biomass steam boilers.

In terms of welding technology, ZOZEN longitudinal and circumferential seam welding adopts advanced automatic submerged arc welding technology, and 100% X-ray detection is carried out on the welding seam to ensure the welding quality. The welding of the smoke tube and tube sheet adopts pre-expansion first to eliminate the gap between the tube and tube sheet, and then adopts the automatic argon arc welding technology, which can effectively eliminate the stress and extend the service life of the boiler, 2019 new products biomass steam boilers.
