On October 15, the SZL series steam boiler project which was the first cooperation between ZOZEN Boiler and Afghanistan Baheer Group officially started to supply steam. After 24 hours of test run of the boiler, ZOZEN steam boiler burned normally, the grate ran smoothly, and the alarm devices, pressure valves and other components were also working normally. From then on, ZOZEN steam boiler would become an important member of the company’s paper production line to provide the stable and efficient steam support.

The SZS series gas-fired steam boiler produced by ZOZEN Boiler adopts the D-type and full membrane wall structure. The large furnace space ensures the sufficient combustion of the fuel and has good gas tightness. Meanwhile, the furnace body is made of high-quality aluminum silicate fiber and refractory mud for insulation to control the furnace body temperature below 45℃ and control the heat loss; with the additional energy-saving device at the end of the flue gas duct, the boiler thermal efficiency can be improved to more than 98%.

ZOZEN biomass-fired boilers have wide fuel adaptability and reasonable structures according to different fuel characteristics to ensure the smooth, high-efficiency and energy-saving boiler operation. The header is not an independent component, but a component consisting of water-cooled walls, economizer, superheater and other components. The function of header is to collect or distribute the steam and water working medium, reduce the transmission and connection pipes of working medium, reduce the number of drum holes, so as to improve the safety performance of drum.

It uses the thermal oil as a heat medium and uses a hot oil circulation pump to force the medium to circulate in the liquid phase. After transferring the thermal energy to the heating equipment, the thermal oil returns to the furnace to be reheated. With the feature of low-pressure and high-temperature heating, the thermal oil heater has wide applications.
