Compared with flame cutting, the underwater plasma cutting used by ZOZEN Boiler has no deformation and splashing, which further improves the assembly accuracy of boiler components, thereby realizing the precise assembly of the entire boiler. In addition, in terms of pre-welding treatment, ZOZEN Boiler strives for excellence. The three processes of grinding and rust removal, edge milling, and chamfering on vertical lathe can eliminate a large number of pores in the welding seams to ensure the welding quality.
