In recent years, with the deepening cooperation between China and Africa, ZOZEN and KPC have built a friendly cooperation relationship with the oil-fired steam boiler project. The COVID-19 is spreading rapidly across the world in 2020. As important weapons that can isolate viruses and ensure the safety of medical personnel, medical gloves and protective clothing are in short supply. At this critical time, ZOZEN reached cooperation with Ansell, an American protective material enterprise. In order to provide sufficient heat source for its production lines of medical gloves and protective clothing quickly, ZOZEN gave top priority to the production and delivery of the order of Ansell.

The former part of ZOZEN SZL coal fired boiler body is surrounded by membrane wall, its upper part connects with boiler drum and lower part connects with header, which forms a combustion chamber to absorb the radiated heat from furnace there are dense convection tube bundles between the back side of upper and lower drum, the high temperature smoke enters a separate economizer after flushing heat absorbing surface then discharge from chimney.

Scaling, abrasion, burning front arch and feeding hopper are common problems of biomass-fired boilers, ZOZEN increased height of furnace, fastening the speed of stoker, input ash blowing unit at convection area, and automatic ash cleaning system at the bottom of stoker, so the above problems are all solved, it reduced much maintaining personnel’s work. Advantages: Make biomass-fired boiler a clean and neat working environment.

The header is not an independent component, but a component consisting of water-cooled walls, economizer, superheater and other components. Therefore, there are water-cooled wall header, economizer header, superheater header and so on. The function of header is to collect or distribute the steam and water working medium, reduce the transmission and connection pipes of working medium, reduce the number of drum holes, so as to improve the safety performance of drum.

The project leader of Baheer Group in Afghanistan attached great importance to this project. He checked on-site for many times, so he saw and remembered engineer Hao’s work attitude. Out of the recognition of ZOZEN technology, the project manager temporarily decided to hand over the production of boiler’s flue gas and air ducts to ZOZEN Boiler.
