From Beverages to Vodka Production: ZOZEN Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler Provides Stable Steam for Mongolian Enterprise

31 Mar 2026

On the beverage and liquor production line, steam is never merely an auxiliary energy source. Whether for beverage heating, beer brewing, or the relevant processes in vodka production, the steam system runs through the entire production flow. For enterprises, the stable operation of the boiler directly affects the workshop rhythm, process connection, and daily management efficiency. Recently, the SHX series circulating fluidized bed boiler provided by ZOZEN Boiler for a Mongolian enterprise—which integrates beverage, beer, and vodka production—was put into operation, providing continuous and stable steam support for local liquor production.

Focusing on Continuous Production: Stable Steam Supply Becomes the Project's Priority

Due to the specific climate conditions in Mongolia, industrial enterprises pay more attention to the adaptability and operational stability of the equipment during selection, in addition to the boiler's output parameters. For this beverage and liquor enterprise, the production process covers multiple stages such as raw material processing, boiling, sterilization, and cleaning, with steam demand running throughout. Once the steam supply fluctuates, it affects not only a single process but also the connection of the entire production line.

Therefore, during this boiler procurement, the customer focused not only on the equipment itself but also on whether the boiler could operate stably in the local environment, adapt to actual fuel conditions, and facilitate subsequent maintenance and operation. This made the project, from the very beginning, a steam system matching process centered on actual working conditions rather than a simple equipment purchase.

In the beverage and brewing industry, multiple production stages, from mashing and boiling to sterilization and cleaning, rely on stable steam.

From On-site Communication to Scheme Confirmation: Cooperation Centers on Actual Working Conditions

During the preliminary docking of the project, the ZOZEN Boiler team conducted detailed communication based on the customer's production needs. Aiming at the continuous steam requirements in beverage, beer, and vodka production, the team further confirmed the boiler selection by combining the local environmental conditions, production load, and on-site supporting facilities.

Notably, the sales manager of ZOZEN Boiler made a special trip to the site for face-to-face communication with the customer. For overseas boiler projects, on-site communication is often more direct than simple parameter exchanges. By understanding the customer's workshop layout, supporting conditions, and actual concerns on the spot, ZOZEN Boiler was able to make the scheme description, equipment matching, and subsequent implementation preparations more specific, establishing a clearer foundation for cooperation.

SHX Series Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler Put into Application, Meeting the 8 t/h Steam Demand

Based on the customer's industry characteristics and steam requirements, ZOZEN Boiler provided the SHX8-1.6-300-H circulating fluidized bed boiler for this project. With a rated evaporation capacity of 8 tons per hour and steam as the medium, it is mainly used for daily production steam supply.

Centered on continuous production needs, the ZOZEN circulating fluidized bed boiler provides steam support for the stable operation of the workshop.

As one of the representative models among ZOZEN's circulating fluidized bed boiler products, the SHX series adopts the circulating fluidized bed combustion method. It features good fuel adaptability and load regulation capability, making it suitable for industrial scenarios with specific requirements for steam supply stability. For beverage and liquor enterprises, the performance of the circulating fluidized bed boiler in continuous steam supply aligns well with the steam demand during production, and it also helps the enterprise configure the system according to local energy conditions.

Stable Operation Becomes the Direct Feedback After Project Implementation

After the equipment was put into use, the customer's feedback was direct: the boiler operates stably and meets the steam demand of the production line. Meanwhile, throughout the project communication process, the ZOZEN Boiler team understood the working conditions in detail and provided clear scheme explanations.

Such feedback holds practical significance for circulating fluidized bed boiler projects. The successful implementation of overseas projects depends not only on boiler manufacturing itself but also on sufficient preliminary communication, schemes tailored to the site, and services that keep pace with the project. The advancement of this Mongolian project further reflects ZOZEN Boiler's project supporting experience in the overseas food and beverage industry.

From beverages to beer and vodka production, stable steam remains an indispensable part of the production line. Focusing on the actual working conditions of different industries and regions, ZOZEN Boiler will continue to promote the project application of circulating fluidized bed boilers and other products, providing boiler solutions that better fit on-site needs for more overseas industrial enterprises.
