ZOZEN achieved cooperation with Indian Jindal Group in the UAE

The UAE, a desert country of western Asia, is noted for its oil production and "flowers in the desert". Under the witness of the UAE, ZOZEN achieved the first cooperation with Indian steel magnate Jindal Group.
Jindal Group is a global leading manufacturer and supplier of iron & steel pipe products, fittings and accessories; Ductile Iron (DI) Pipe Division, the subordinate division of Jindal Group, has manufactured and supplied over 12 thousands of kilometers DI pipes all over the world. With the expanding of the sales network, Jindal Group planned to build a ductile iron plant in Abu Dhabi of the UAE to complement capacity.
As the heat energy equipment, the boiler plays an essential role in the plant construction. After contrastive analysis of international boiler markets, Jindal Group learnt about that many Indian companies has cooperated with ZOZEN, it was deeply impressed by ZOZEN's good reputation in the Indian market, so Jindal contacted ZOZEN immediately.
Since the UAE has very strict environmental protection requirements, so whether the boiler could meet the environmental protection standards become a key condition for the project. ZOZEN has over 20 years' experience in boiler export trade, the environmental performance of ZOZEN boilers has been highly recognized by the world, which can fully meet the environmental requirements of the UAE.
Considering that the UAE is rich in natural gas resources, ZOZEN recommended its "star product" - WNS series gas-fired boiler for Jindal Group. The boiler medium is steam; to guarantee the steam quality, the boiler adopts a large-diameter corrugated furnace to increase the heating area, which will ensure the sufficient output and high thermal efficiency of the boiler.
ZOZEN has sophisticated equipment and advanced manufacturing technology. The thread fire tubes adopt automatic assembly line flow forming operation; the key production processes such as material cutting, rolling, drilling are proceeded by advanced numerical control machining; to effectively reduce the assemble stress and extend boiler working lifetime, the traditional manual welding, which is low in quality stability and production efficiency, has been successfully replaced by automatic welding machine.

Now the boiler has been running successfully for a period of time in the UAE, everything is going smoothly. After testing by the units concerned of the UAE, the report showed that the NOx emission of the boiler was below 30mg/Nm³. The general manager of Jindal Group expressed that the result had exceeded his expectations. This pleasant experience would lay a good foundation for future in-depth cooperation with each other.
