ZOZEN Boiler Outdoor Team Building Activity

In order to enhance corporate cohesion and strengthen corporate culture, ZOZEN Boiler launched a team building activity of hiking on Oct. 9th, 2021. This hiking activity not only let the staff relax physically and mentally, but also enhance the cohesion in the team game and strengthen the sense of identity of the corporate culture.

At around 1 p.m., all the participants were divided into three teams with the representative colors, orange, blue, and green. After receiving the corresponding team flag and bracelet, all teams started the hiking.

When all the teams reached the first rest area, a little game called plank challenge was prepared for everyone.

The challenge had two rounds, the first round, each team appointed 3 male players and 3 female players at the same time to plank, girls insist on 30 seconds, boys insist on 60 seconds. Three teams completed the challenge easily, all team members were awarded a customized key ring of ZOZEN Boiler.

The second round of challenge upgraded, each team appointed 1 male player and 1 female player to plank, the longest time marked the victory. Finally, the blue team won the game with the result of 7 minutes and 50 seconds.

In the second rest area, each team needed to walk through the foot massage mat on bare foot. The funny game put an end to the team building activity.

This activity not only deepens the understanding and friendship between colleagues, but also strengthens the cohesion of the enterprise and the construction of enterprise culture.
