From June 2 to June 3, 2025, the TOPS 2025 Scientific Symposium, hosted by the Serbian Heating Association, was held in grand fashion. As one of the most influential events in the European heating industry, it attracted leading international brands such as Weishaupt, Bosch, and KSB, with a collective focus on cutting-edge technologies in gas and biomass boilers. In light of rising energy costs, biomass boilers, with their outstanding cost-saving potential, became a hot topic of discussion. With the theme “From Industrial Steam to District Heating: ZOZEN Boiler’s Multi-Dimensional Energy Solutions,” ZOZEN showcased four star product series, forming a “gas + biomass” dual-energy matrix. During the solution presentation, when highlighting the high efficiency and energy-saving technologies of the WNS series and the significant cost-reduction advantages of the DZL series three-drum boiler, many industry experts and company representatives took photos and engaged in lively discussions. They expressed recognition for ZOZEN’s innovative technologies and cost control capabilities, further underscoring ZOZEN Boiler’s technical strength and market influence.

The WNS series oil/gas boilers cover both hot water and steam models, featuring a fully-corrugated furnace, threaded smoke tubes, and condensing technology. Thermal efficiency exceeds 95%, and NOx emissions are below 30mg/Nm³. With a compact design and intelligent control system, they are especially suitable for urban district heating projects. For the BMW Brilliance Shenyang plant, a custom 17.5MW gas-fired hot water boiler achieved an overall thermal efficiency of over 98%, helping the enterprise significantly reduce energy consumption and operational costs while improving economic benefits.

The SZS series low-NOx boiler features a double-drum longitudinal layout and membrane water wall, delivering stable steam output and high purity. In Samsung Electronics’ Xi’an plant, the 30-ton SZS series condensing steam boiler project achieved 98% thermal efficiency and NOx emissions below 30mg/Nm³, meeting the stringent requirements for high-purity steam in semiconductor production lines. The project’s success earned ZOZEN a place on Samsung’s global preferred supplier list, highlighting its adaptability in high-tech industries.

The SZL series biomass boiler and DZL series three-drum self-cleaning steam boiler together demonstrate the cost-saving power of biomass thermal equipment. The SZL series adopts a furnace with densely arranged water-cooled wall tubes and advanced control systems, achieving thermal efficiencies above 86%. With fully automated fuel supply and ash removal, it is compatible with various biomass pellets, effectively lowering both fuel procurement and labor costs. The DZL series, with its innovative three-drum structure and online cleaning system, operates self-cleaning without shutdown for maintenance. Actual thermal efficiency reaches 88%, about 10% higher than the industry average. For a 10-ton boiler running 6,500 hours per year, the DZL series can save 1 million yuan annually in fuel costs compared to ordinary boilers, and substituting for gas boilers can save 3–4 million yuan per year, providing significant economic benefits for enterprises.
