ZOZEN molten salt heater can produce higher temperature

Molten salt heater refers to industrial heater with molten salt (mixture of potassium nitrate, niter, sodium nitrite, etc.) as the heat conducting medium. The whole heater system is consist of the salt melting circulating system, combustion system and heating system. The heat capacity of the medium is different, the temperature of molten salt heater is higher than that of the thermal oil heater under similar operating pressure, and the molten salt heat carrier is incombustible, with good heat resistance and stability.

Therefore, the molten salt heater is especially suitable for the process equipment with heating temperature above 350℃, such as evaporation and concentration of solid alkali, preparation of melamine, dissolution of aluminum hydroxide, high-temperature regeneration of waste liquid and oil, etc. In addition, it can also be used in solar photothermal power generation and peak-valley energy storage, which is the key equipment for obtaining clean and renewable green energy-solar photothermal utilization.

According to the difference of heat load and circulating flow, multi-layer coil tubes are mostly used in ZOZEN molten salt heaters, which are simple in structure and convenient to use. The boiler body is made of high-quality light thermal insulation and high-temperature refractory materials, and with the flue gas waste heat recovery system, the thermal efficiency of the system is effectively improved. The thermal efficiency of gas/oil-fired molten salt heater is over 92%.
