ZOZEN YY(Q)W series thermal oil heater adopts 3-trips round coil tube structure. The coil tube end adopts beam port to effectively protect the furnace all at boiler end, is equipped with advanced combustion device, and with fully automatic operation. The boiler has automatic control system with simple operation and good performance of safety.

Because the medium temperature of thermal oil heater reaches 280℃, the exhaust gas temperature at the end of the boiler is generally about 300℃, which will cause huge waste of heat energy. Therefore, ZOZEN Boiler has also invested a lot of technical research in energy saving and emission reduction. ZOZEN designs the high-efficiency energy-saving equipment at the end of the boiler, which makes full use of the waste heat of flue gas, to reduce the exhaust gas temperature of the boiler to 90℃ and improves the thermal efficiency to over 95%. The boiler effectively saves fuel and reduces carbon emissions.

ZOZEN Boiler injects new energy into the lubricating company

ZOZEN WNS series horizontal internal combustion boiler is a boiler shell type 3 passes wetback oil/gas fired boiler.  Through continuous technical research, low nitrogen combustion technology is integrated into WNS series boilers, and the goal of NOx≤30mg/Nm3 can be easily achieved.

In terms of installation, in order not to affect the timely use of lubricant production line, the boilers are delivered in one whole body, and after erection at site, it only needs to connect thermal gas piping and electricity to start operation. It saves the labor cost and time greatly.
