ZOZEN Gas-Fired Thermal Oil Heater Helped the Coating Enterprise Expanding Capacity

Several production bases were built across the country by 3TREES, the leading enterprise in the painting industry in China, to enlarge the production scale. ZOZEN Boiler jointed hands with 3TREES, providing EPC contract of gas-fired thermal oil heater for the company, to accelerate the expansion of enterprise capacity.

ZOZEN Boiler becomes the boiler provider of 3TREES Anhui Plant

Since its founding in 2002, 3TREES has been committed to providing green construction materials and services, encompassing interior and exterior wall coatings, waterproofing products, insulation materials, auxiliary materials, floor coatings and construction.

In order to better meet the market demand, 3TREES invested and built the coating production and supporting construction project of Anhui Plant, which was carried out in two phases. The first phase of the project included several production lines of latex paint, waterproof coiled material and so on.  As one of the important equipment on the project, 3TREES ordered the thermal oil heater from ZOZEN Boiler.

The cost-effective low-NOx burner is selected for the thermal oil heater to reduce the waste pollution, which control the NOx emission within the standard at a reasonable cost. At the same time, ZOZEN thermal oil heater adopts cone coil pipe with large heat transfer area, equipping with the economizer to absorb the waste heat in the flue gas, which improves the thermal efficiency above 95%. It helps the enterprise to save fuel cost and reduce the carbon emissions.

In addition, this set of thermal oil heater mainly provides heat energy for drying, stirring, dip coating and other processes in the production line. Different processes has different requirements on the temperature. After fully understanding the actual working conditions of the production line, ZOZEN boiler technicians have selected the intelligent control system for the boiler, which can adjust and control the temperature with one button, realizing accurate temperature control, and seting up safety interlocking devices such as over-temperature and overpressure.

During the project, ZOZEN Boiler also provided one-stop service for customer, and completed the production, installation and commissioning of the boiler on schedule, which was well received by 3TREES. At present, ZOZEN gas-fired boiler has been put into normal operation.
