Boiler Room Visit and Learn - ZOZEN Boiler Staff Training System

According to the new staff training system of ZOZEN Boiler, the new round of the boiler room site training has begun. Guided by Mr. Lu Xing, the sales manager of ZOZEN Boiler, the new staffs of ZOZEN Boiler went to the boiler room of one customer, to visit and learn how the boiler operating in the actual situation. The purpose of boiler room visit is to strengthen the knowledge and to better understand the relevant work contents.

In the gas-fired boiler room of the customer company, the new staffs had the chance to observe the operation status of the boiler for the first time. This training helps them to further learn the basic knowledge of the gas-fired boiler.

Mr. Lu Xing introduced a set of WNS series gas-fired boiler system during the visit. The whole boiler system is consist of boiler body, appropriate burner, pressure gauge, water level indicator and automatic control system. At the same time, Mr. Lu Xing also explained the basic design requirement of the gas-fired boiler room.

Significantly, the operation cost of natural gas fired boiler is higher than that of coal fired boiler. ZOZEN Boiler installs the economizer on the boiler to help the customer saving the energy cost. The economizer at the end of the boiler can help to discharge waste heat in the flue gas, raising the inlet water temperature, further to improving the thermal efficiency over 98%. At the same time, it helps to reduce the operation cost.

Mr. Lu Xing emphasized that the staffs should not only learn the working content of their own position, but also should understand the whole production line. During the learning process, staffs can understand the importance of the product from design to manufacture and operation.

New staffs had strong feeling after the training, they said 'we only read the boiler system files before, but now, the boiler is operating in front of us, this is quite impressive, we've learnt a lot from this training.'
