On Feb 13rd, 2020, ZOZEN successfully held the online sales conference. All related ZOZEN managers and salespersons attended the conference. The conference aimed to review the past and plan the future and mobilize all salespersons to take responsibilities to ensure the completion of the goals in 2020.

At the beginning of the meeting, Deputy General Manager Mr. Lu Xing reviewed the sales situation of 2019. He said that outstanding achievements of 2019 owed to the efforts of every ZOZEN people.

Higher requirements were set to all salespersons because of the tough beginning of 2020. Deputy General Manager Mr. Lu put forward the improvement direction with his rich sales experiences. He emphasized that if the salespersons wanted to succeed in the market, they should keep learning, emphasis on teamwork and strive to develop the market.

After that, General Manager Mr. Zhang Guoping emphasized six key points in work of 2020. While carrying out information management and strengthening 6S scene management, ZOZEN will implement staff performance appraisal. Besides, ZOZEN will  introduce professional business teams to control the quality; In the aspect of brand building, ZOZEN will innovate the marketing concept and improve the rate of inquiry to order; In the aspect of service, ZOZEN will set advanced after-sales service system to provide perfect services for users.

It is worth mentioning that ZOZEN will update the technology and appearance design of several series of boilers according to the requirements of market and users, increase the research and development efforts of new biomass-fired boilers and CFB (circulating fluidized bed) boilers.

In the terms of marketing, Mr. Zhang Guoping adjusted the market layout. He established a group management system to standardize the responsibilities of sales. Improving the rate of inquiry to order is one of the key tasks for salespersons in 2020. It requires every salesperson to deal with the inquiry in time and makes sure every inquiry have track information by using system software.

At the end of the meeting, General Manager Mr. Zhang Guoping read out the policies and regulations and announced that the successful conclusion of the sales conference. The meeting encouraged the morale of all participants.
