Nowadays, with the improvement of people's consciousness of environmental protection, new energy technology revolution and low carbon economy have become two global trends. Any enterprise wants to strivefor a further development, replacing old boilers to environmentally friendly ones is the way to go.
With the features of low emissions and low operation cost, biomass-fired boilers widely arouse the interest of enterprises. The biomass-fired boiler uses biomass energy as energy source, achieving zero sulfur dioxide emission, is a typical energy-saving and environment-friendly boiler. Because of the complicated construction of biomass-fired boilers, furnace arch burning down, furnace door burning out, hopper catching fire and stopper coking are commonly occurred and inevitable problems when operating the boiler, which have bedeviled most of boiler manufacturing enterprises for years.
Relying on technological innovation, ZOZEN cooperated with Shanghai Jiao Tong University to design and develop a new generation biomass-fired boiler, which not only takes the lead in solving the above problems, but also has more outstanding advantages in performance.

1. Each fuel has different boiler design — Optimized designfor different fuel, for length and width of feeding hopper, rotary speed of gearbox, 1st and 2nd air ratio, vapor orientation and position etc.
2. ZOZEN adopts proper high temperature resistance material for the stoker — Biomass fuel has defining feature, which is high volatility and low ash content. After combustion, there is almost no ash left on the stoker, so the stoker could adopt proper high temperature resistance material to work under high temperature radiation.
3. Guarantee no water shortage accident — On the prerequisite of meeting the requirements of GB standard, water level electrode is input on top of steam drum, to avoid water shortage accident caused by accidental operation or other reasons.
4. Solve the problems of ash blocking and abrasion — ZOZEN increased the height of furnace, accelerated the speed of stoker, equipped ash blowing unit at convection area, and automatic ash cleaning system at the bottom of stoker, these methods solved the problems of ash blocking and abrasion, and also reduced much maintaining personnel's work.
5. Prolong the service life of the boiler — The key manufacturing process such as plate cutting, plate rolling, drum and tube sheet drilling adopt advanced CNC machining to reduce the assembly stress and prolong the service life of the boiler.
