ZOZEN 15 tph SZS series steam boiler is widely applied in the printing and dyeing, nonferrous metals, chemical and other industries. The SZS series boiler is designed with longitudinal double drums and "D " type chamber structure. Furnace is placed on the right and convection tube bank is on the left, super heater is arranged at convection tube bank. Smoke from furnace outlet enters re-burning chamber, convection tube bank area and then from left front part enters spiral fine coil economizer and condenser, and finally is discharged to atmosphere through chimney.

To meet the new requirements, ZOZEN Boiler customizes the boiler system and recommends SZS series low NOx steam boiler to ensure the sufficient heat supply for Ji Xiang Ju Food's production line. This series of gas-fired boiler adopts D-model full membrane wall structure and combustion chamber adopts narrow-spacing tube membrane wall with good air impermeability to reduce heat loss and enhance the thermal efficiency to 98% and above with the economizer at the end of flue gas duct.
All equipment (includes boiler proper, economizer, burner, valves, instrument, electric control cabinet, chimney, water treatment, soft water tank, energy-saving circulating pump, raw water pump, deaerator, etc.) is designed to be installed on one or two prepared concrete bases. Skid mounted boiler has all interconnecting piping completed and has passed the cold state test at the factory before delivery. After the boiler arrives at the site, it only needs to be connected to water, electricity and gas to operate.
