ZOZEN Boiler provided a set of reliable steam boiler for the newly built biomass power generation project of BİYOSAN ENERJİ ÜRETİM DANIŞMANLIK A.Ş., a famous local biomass energy production company. The boiler equipment accelerated the construction of a green and low-carbon recycling economic system for users. ZOZEN SZL series biomass-fired boiler supplied steam for this project. The boiler is shipped with the shop-assembled structure, which is composed of two parts: the combustion chamber and chain grate. According to the characteristics of different biomass fuels, the height of combustion chamber can be appropriately increased.
In 2020, ZOZEN Boiler successfully supplied boilers in Venezuela, Thailand, Afghanistan, Karachi, Zimbabwe and many other countries. Especially in Afghanistan, ZOZEN provided one set of SZL series coal-fired steam boiler for Baheer Group, providing heat source for the paper production line. It successfully passed the environmental protection inspection organized by Afghan government, which had been proved to meet the local environmental protection standards due to the high combustion efficiency and super-clean flue gas emissions.

ZOZEN energy-efficient WNS series gas/oil-fired steam boilers have two-pass and three-pass structures. This series of boilers adopt the large-diameter corrugated furnace and threaded smoke tubes with high heat transfer efficiency. With the economizer at the end of the flue gas duct, they can enlarge the boiler's heating surface, lower the exhaust gas temperature to 60℃ and improve the boiler's thermal efficiency to over 98%. In response to increasingly serious environmental problems, Ji Xiang Ju Food decides to purchase low NOx and eco-friendly gas-fired steam boiler. To meet the new requirements, ZOZEN Boiler customizes the boiler system and recommends SZS series low NOx steam boiler to ensure the sufficient heat supply for Ji Xiang Ju Food's production line. This series of gas-fired boiler adopts D-model full membrane wall structure and combustion chamber adopts narrow-spacing tube membrane wall with good air impermeability to reduce heat loss and enhance the thermal efficiency to 98% and above with the economizer at the end of flue gas duct.
