The SZL series coal-fired boiler is a chain grate water tube boiler designed by ZOZEN Boiler based on advanced international technology and experience. It features a horizontal double-drum and vertical layout structure. The boiler consists of two major parts: the upper part is the heating surface and the lower part is the combustion equipment. The front of the boiler body is surrounded by water-cooled walls. The upper part is connected with drum and the lower part is connected with the header to form the combustion chamber, absorbing the radiation heat of the furnace. At the rear end, a convection tube bundle is arranged between the upper and lower drums. After the fuel is burned in the furnace, the high-temperature flue gas is swept across the convection tube bundle for the secondary return, then guided to a separately arranged economizer and finally enters the dust collector before being discharged through the chimney.

SZS series boiler is double drums, longitudinal arranged, "D" type chamber structure. Furnace is on right side and convection tube bundle is on the left, super heater is arranged at convection tube bundle. The body is fixed on the basement by middle and both end flexible supports and make the boiler to expand horizontally to sideways. Around furnace is membrane wall. Furnace and tube bundle is totally separated by the membrane wall at the left side of the furnace. The back part of bundle is sparse shift structure, front part is aligned structure. Smoke from furnace outlet enters re-burning chamber, bundle area, and then from left front part enters spiral fin coil economizer and condenser, finally discharged to atmosphere through chimney.
The DZL series quick-installed boiler is a horizontal three-pass water-fire tube chain grate boiler designed for biomass combustion. The boiler features a single drum layout with threaded smoke tubes for convective heating surface, and water-cooled walls on both sides of the drum for radiant heating surface. The combustion equipment adopts a lightweight chain grate, and the boiler is delivered in a complete quick-installed form. The electrical control system enables infinitely variable control of the grate, with alarm and interlock protection for critical parameters.
CFBC technology is a new, efficient, and low-pollution clean coal method. This low-temperature combustion significantly reduces Nitrogen Oxide emissions and enables direct, high-efficiency desulfurization. Economically straightforward, CFBC lowers costs compared to other methods and accommodates various fuels, including low-calorific, low-quality coal. The resulting ash is reusable, eliminating secondary pollution. Moreover, CFBC supports wide load adjustments, operating down to about 30% of full load.
