This year is the quality management improvement year of ZOZEN Boiler. ZOZEN DZL series packaged boiler is horizontal three-pass water and fire tube chain grate boiler with a wide fuel adaptability to biomass particles, bituminous coal, meagre coal and anthracite. The boiler proper is a longitudinal single drum. The threaded smoke tubes in the drum form the convention heating surface. The drum and water-cooled walls on both sides form the radiation heating surface in the furnace. The combustion equipment adopts the light chain grate. The boiler is reasonably arranged with primary air and secondary air, and is equipped with economizer and dust collector at the boiler end to control the NOx emission concentration below 200mg/m3. Meanwhile, the boiler realizes the stepless speed regulation of the grate via the electric control. There are also the absolute rating alarm and interlocking protection functions to make the boiler safer. It is widely used in the chemical, food, tobacco, textile, printing and dyeing, feed, medicine and building materials industries.
ZOZEN Boiler provided a set of 46MW SZS series gas-fired hot water boiler for Luanchuan County Thermal Power in Henan Province. The boiler combustion chamber adopts the full membrane wall structure with a large radiation heating surface. In the drum paring working area of ZOZEN Boiler, the steel plates finishing the rolling will accept the circular seam automatic welding here. After the polishing of welding seam, edge milling, chamfering and other pre-welding treatments, the floating rusts on the surface of steel plates are removed to avoid the generation of a large number of air holes in the welding seam, so as to ensure the welding quality.

In order to meet the demands of the project to construct a comprehensive PVC resin production plant with an annual output of 60,000 tons in Mekele, Ethiopia, China CEC Engineering Corporation purchased 3 sets of SZL series coal-fired chain grate water tube steam boiler from ZOZEN Boiler who had completed the shipment recently. ZOZEN SZL series coal-fired steam boiler has the sufficient output, a high degree of automation and a high thermal efficiency of over 82%. In order to improve the fuel utilization, there are multiple separate air chambers and air dampers installed at the lower part of the grate to achieve the precise air distribution to meet the demands of air volume needed by fuel in each combustion stage. ZOZEN Boiler also customized the dust removal, desulfurization and denitration equipment at the end of the boiler to ensure that the exhaust gas emission of the boiler could meet the local environmental protection standards.
