The excellent quality of ZOZEN Boiler comes from every working procedure. A convection tube bundle consisting of thousands of tubes is arranged between the upper and lower drums of SZS gas-fired boiler, and each tube should be welded with the drum with high quality to ensure tightness and no leakage. In this part of the work, it requires a large amount of welding with strict requirements, and the welding operation condition is tough. However, the employees of ZOZEN frontline cooperate with each other to ensure the efficient and orderly welding of convection bank tubes.
Convection bank tubes connect the upper drum and lower drum in bi-drum boilers. These bank tubes not only act as raisers and down comers between the drums but also carry the weight of the bottom drum in the case of top drum supported boilers.
In order to improve employees' awareness of safety in production, ZOZEN Boiler has adopted a safety education system, which is divided into three levels: factory level, workshop level and team level. At the daily team meeting, the team leader takes safety production as an important meeting content to publicize, further clarifies the responsibility for safety production, to improve the safety awareness and sense of responsibility of employees, and to avoid accidents in production. Welding in limited space is a common work environment for ZOZEN workers. Therefore, the frontline workers will dress well with the protection masks and long-sleeve overalls.
