ZOZEN energy-efficient WNS series gas/oil-fired steam boilers have two-pass and three-pass structures. The boiler body is composed of the chain grate and boiler proper with a packaged or pre-assembled structure. At the same time, in order to meet the boiler emission standards in different areas, ZOZEN Boiler can design the cyclone, wet scrubber and bag-type dust removal devices to lower the NOx emission to 200mg/m3.
ZOZEN 10 tph SZL series steam boiler is widely applied in the nonferrous metals, pharmaceutical, printing and dyeing and other industries. The SZL series coal-fired/biomass-fired steam boiler is packaged or shop-assembled boiler with double drums and a chain grate stoker structure. The 4-6 tph boiler is a packaged structure and the 6-35 tph boiler is a shop-assembled structure. It is composed of 2 parts. The upper part is heat absorbing surface and the lower part is combustion equipment.
WNS series gas-fired or oil-fired hot water boiler is smoke-fire tube chamber combustion boiler and adopts two-pass or three-pass structure. It also adopts large-diameter waveform stove furnace with good thermal expansion and safety performance. There are condenser and economizer added at the end of flue gas duct which can improve the thermal efficiency to more than 95% and save boiler's operation costs.

Recently, ZOZEN took a field trip at the project location of the WNS boiler. The ZOZEN WNS series gas-fired steam boilers are horizontal wetback fire-tube boilers which have reasonable internal structure. An advanced low NOx burner is equipped with the boiler to reduce the NOx emission to less than 30mg/Nm3. At the same time, the burner can realize automatic air adjustment, which can ensure the sufficient fuel combustion.
The YQW series of boiler can realize fully automatic operation, including automatic combustion, automatic adjustment of the liquid level of the expansion tank, outlet temperature, flow rate and automatic protection. Meanwhile, the PLC control system is easy to operate. Various kinds of settings can be completed through the intelligent man-machine interface.
