ZOZEN energy-efficient WNS series gas/oil-fired steam boilers have two-pass and three-pass structures. This series of boilers adopt the large-diameter corrugated furnace and threaded smoke tubes with high heat transfer efficiency. With the economizer at the end of the flue gas duct, they can enlarge the boiler's heating surface, lower the exhaust gas temperature to 60℃ and improve the boiler's thermal efficiency to over 98%. WNS series gas-fired or oil-fired hot water boiler is smoke-fire tube chamber combustion boiler and adopts two-pass or three-pass structure. It also adopts large-diameter waveform stove furnace with good thermal expansion and safety performance. There are condenser and economizer added at the end of flue gas duct which can improve the thermal efficiency to more than 95% and save boiler's operation costs.
Recently, ZOZEN completed the shipment of the DHL series boiler for Indonesia. The boiler is an external type drum, the furnace is a fully enclosed membrane wall structure, the convective heat absorbing surface adopts the flag tube structure. The corner tube boiler has been universally applied with the advantages of compact structure, low steel consumption and rapid temperature increase.
ZOZEN customized the gas-fired hot water boiler system, and recommended several sets of SZS series natural gas fired hot water boilers, which had the characteristics of sufficient output, high thermal efficiency and stable operation. This series of boilers is designed with longitudinal double drums and "D" type chamber structure.
ZOZEN YLW series thermal oil heater adopts the chain grate as the combustion equipment. It can provide high-temperature heat source at various temperatures below 350℃, achiving low-pressure and high-temperature heating for the processes of dyeing, drying, slashing, printing and dyeing, etc. In addition, this series of thermal oil heater realize precise temperature control through an advanced oil temperature and oil pressure control system that greatly improves heat utilization, which meets the actual needs of textile companies.
SZL series vertical dual drums chain grate water tube steam and hot water boiler, adopts quick fitting and assembly structure. The 4-6t/h boiler is of quick fitting tube structure, exit shop after completely assembled, the boiler of 6-35t/h is composed of 2 main components. The upper assembled component is the boiler proper heat absorbing part, and the lower assembled component is of combustion equipment. The former part of the boiler proper is arranged a membrane wall, the upper part of it is connected to boiler cylinder, and its lower part is connected to collective chest, so as to form a combustion room and absorb the radiated heat from the furnace. Its rear part is arranged with dense convection tubes between upper and lower boiler cylinders. The high temperature smog after combustion shall stand for twice returning flushing transversely to the heat accepting surfaces, and shall be introduced to coal saver singly arranged, and flow into duster and exhausted from chimney in the end.
