PT.Lontar Papyrus has built their pulp mill in Sumatra island since 1994.
During manufacture, the raw material needs to be cut, grinded and cooked, as per the capacity rising, the huge power and steam consumption makes the manufacturing cost higher and higher. For making their product more competitive, PT.Lontar Papyrus decided to build their own cogeneration energy plant, high-quality steam is used for making electricity and low-quality steam is used for process. Cogeneration boiler has high requirement for steam quality, pressure, and boiler smooth running. Because it needs to be installed on-site, it also requires the supplier to be profession for on-site installation. After many times visit and discuss, PT.Lontar Papyrus chose ZOZEN coal-fired steam boiler, by cooperating with local agent, ZOZEN full filled this big project successfully. The boiler has been running well and each target are reached too.
Beijing Feitai Urban Construction Property Management Company mainly manages property management and boiler heating. The company manages 6 village communities and 2 heating plants. The total area of property management is 1.1 million square meters, and the heating area is 1.2 million square meters. At the end of 2016, Chengjian Property Development Co., Ltd. launched the procurement of boiler equipment for Jiao men and Wangyuan heating bid. ZOZEN boiler has a Class A boiler manufacturing license, a BRII pressure vessel manufacturing licese, and a comprehensive ISO9001:2000 international quality system certification, which makes it get the successful bid. In 2017, ZOZEN boiler provided 3 sets of 14MW SZS condensing gas-fired hot water boiler for the daily heating water for residential quarters for Jiaomen and Wangyuan heating plants.
