On the last day of 2020, ZOZEN still received a call from our user in Suzhou that boiler accessories were damaged due to the low temperature. However, ZOZEN could not know the specific boiler operating situation via the telephone communication. Therefore, on one hand, ZOZEN instructed the user on emergency measures; on the other hand, ZOZEN immediately dispatched the after-sales technicians to the site.
On December 24, 2019, ZOZEN General Manager Mr. Zhang Guoping and Mr. Shir Baz Kaminzada, CEO of Afghanistan Baheer Group reached friendly cooperation on the steam boiler project for the paper industry. This cooperation promoted the realization of ZOZEN's internationalization goal.
