ZOZEN WNS series gas-fired and oil-fired boiler is equipped with the advanced condenser, which is a kind of flue gas waste heat exchanger whose working principle is the same as the economizer at the end of the coal-fired boiler. After a condenser is installed at the end of the boiler's flue gas duct, the high-temperature flue gas passes through the flue gas duct and the condenser at the same time, which can heat the water in the condenser, increase the feed water temperature and lower the exhaust gas temperature to achieve the goals of saving fuel and improving the thermal efficiency.
ZOZEN WNS series gas-fired hot water boiler adopts packaged structure, which is convenient and quick for installation to save a lot of basic construction costs for the enterprise. Its internal structure adopts large-diameter waveform strove furnace which can effectively absorb heat expansion to add the radiation heating surface and ensue the low emission of NOx with the advanced low-nitrogen burner to improve the fuel utilization. What's more, its thread smoke tubes have scientific pitch and depth to further strengthen the convective heat transfer and make boiler's thermal efficiency reach 95% and above.
